Salve mi chiamo Wladimiro e sono un imprenditore edile operante su Roma e Lazio. Attualmente sto cercando una badante domestica, fissa con vitto e alloggio per mia sorella di 81 anni, abitante nella zona dei Castelli Romani.
Non ho particolari preferenze sulla nazionalità di appartenenza anzi, sono disponibile ad assumere anche se la candidata in questione si trovi all’estero purché parli perfettamente l’italiano. Gradirei tuttavia come pre requisiti essenziali le referenze da un precedente datore di lavoro o dal sito PBI, di giovane età (max 45enne) e di gradevole aspetto. Qui presente in Italia od anche all’estero, senza particolari legami familiari.
Mia sorella è semi autosufficiente, vive da sola. E non soffre di particolari patologie mentali di rilievo (tipo Alzheimer o Demenze Senili).
Dopo un iniziale periodo di prova e conoscenza, senza particolari vincoli contrattuali da ambo le parti, intendo assumere la candidata in questione, assicurando una ottima retribuzione mensile a tempo indeterminato e comprensiva di tutte le indennità previste, commisurata anche alle reali capacità collaborative dimostrate dalla stessa.
Attualmente ci troviamo a Castelli Romani. Per la presente pre selezione ho affidato mandato al Dott. Giovanni (Psicologo Attitudinale), incaricato PBI. Pregasi rivolgersi allo stesso per il primo screening attitudinale.

Hi, my name is Wladimiro and I am a building contractor operating in Rome and Lazio. I am currently looking for a home caregiver, fixed with room and board for my 81-year-old sister, who lives in the Castelli Romani area.
I have no particular preferences on the nationality to which I belong, on the contrary, I am available to hire even if the candidate in question is abroad. Present here in Italy or even abroad, without particular family ties.
It will probably be necessary for the collaborator in question to assist me also with assistance, on holidays. And for a little cleaning help in my personal office located in the same area of the Castelli Romani.
My sister is semi self-sufficient, she lives alone. And he does not suffer from particular significant mental pathologies (such as Alzheimer’s or Senile Dementia).
After an initial period of trial and knowledge, without particular contractual constraints on both sides, I intend to hire the candidate in question, ensuring an excellent monthly salary for an indefinite period and including all the allowances provided, also commensurate with the real collaborative skills demonstrated by the same. .
